Children's Mental Health Week was 7–13 February 2022. This year's theme was Growing Together
We celebrated by dressing to express on Friday 11th February. We took part in well-being challenges at school and at home including getting enough sleep, exercising, doing something that makes us happy such as a hobby. In PHSE we thought about how we can regulate our emotions. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable week!
