In Forest School this week, we focused on our pupils' mental health and well-being as part of the ‘Children’s Mental Health Week’. The theme of this year's is Growing Together.
Growing Together is about growing emotionally and finding ways to help each other grow. The children have been sharing their ideas about how they might help their own well-being, by joining in with different activities outside with their friends and family.
In Forest School, the children have been planting spring bulbs and are excited to see them grow and blossom into beautiful flowers. Each class also worked together to plant carrots, as part of our healthy eating scheme and our newly launched ‘Carrot Club’. The children are looking forward to being able to enjoy them as a healthy snack, once they are ready!
