Welcome to Penguins Class! We hope you have had a lovely summer and are ready for lots of fun. The Penguins classroom offers the children lots of space to be busy, explore and continue in their learning and development. In Penguins Class, we provide the children with a variety of learning opportunities, including lots of sensory and physical exploration, forest school, swimming, PE and trips out on the minibus each week. We work closely with the children and their families; building positive relationships and as a team are excited to help the children become as independent as possible. Our ’Project’ for this half term is ‘Me and My Community’. We will look at people who are important to us at home and school, begin to make friends with the children in Penguins Class and explore our school environment, learning our new daily routines.
